Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Workflow, and IntegrationHub.
- Customize Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Service Portal components.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and support testing, deployments, upgrades, and production activities.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Exposure to additional modules such as ITOM or HRSD or CSM
- Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Catalog, and automation.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data models, platform security, update sets, and deployment processes.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
