Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Cloud, and custom solutions
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and success criteria
- Create and track project plans, sprint plans, releases, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and manage change requests
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, Admins, Architects, QA, BA, UX) and remove blockers
- Drive Agile/hybrid delivery models and monitor delivery metrics and KPIs
- Ensure quality delivery, governance, documentation, go-live support, and post-production stabilization
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Overall 9+ years of experience required, out of which 5–10 years of project management experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce implementations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- Proficiency in Agile and traditional PM methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and risks effectively
- Relevant certifications Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant, PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred)
- KPIs include on-time delivery, CSAT, velocity, quality, and utilization
