Responsibilities
- Understand Requirements and perform effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities.
- Good understanding of the technology and domain.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Should be a self starter with an eye for detail and passionate about your work.
- Solid knowledge about UI and UX Industry trends and upcoming things.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Bootstrap/Material CSS, CSS3 transitions/animations, Flexbox, and pre-processors like SASS/LESS.
- Proficient in JavaScript and jQuery, with knowledge of frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, KnockoutJS, or BackboneJS, along with experience in AJAX and asynchronous request handling.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, and Magento, as well as working with e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with image editing tools like Photoshop or GIMP, understanding of SEO principles, and ability to resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in using version control tools such as Git, with participation in full life-cycle system development involving developers, analysts, and testers.
