Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and verify key executive contacts at target Enterprise accounts in US, and APAC regions.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by mapping organizational structures and identifying decision-makers and influencers within specific companies.
  • Lead the data hygiene process by regularly updating the CRM to ensure 0% bounce rates, removing duplicates, and enriching old data.
  • Utilize advanced prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.) to gather market intelligence and contact details.
  • Monitor target industries for "trigger events" (e.g., funding news, new leadership hires, technology adoption) to signal timely outreach opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to build targeted lists for specific email campaigns and cold outreach sequences.
  • Analyze the quality of data and provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize campaign targeting.
  • Classify and segment leads based on industry, company size, revenue, and technology stack.


Desired Skills & Competencies

  • 1-3 years of experience in Market Research, Data Mining, or Lead Generation support within the IT Services industry.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other contact discovery tools (Lusha, Hunter, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and the importance of data accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for managing large datasets.
  • Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and how to research target accounts effectively.
  • Ability to understand international corporate hierarchies and distinguish between different job titles and roles.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus while working with large volumes of data.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet daily research targets.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminologies and tech stacks to accurately filter companies.
  • Strong written communication skills to document research findings clearly.
