THE CHALLENGE

Although The Nice Mart had physical stores around Singapore and had quite a staunch reputation in the market, they did not have a digital presence to serve as their alternative revenue channel and reach to a bigger customer base. Their team wished to launch an eCommerce platform that could offer superior shopping experiences to its customers, unify their offline and online stores, and evolve as per the market trends. Their goal was to offer personalized solutions centered around the needs of every customer while fulfilling their business goals.

THE GOAL

While building The Nice Mart eCommerce solution on Adobe Commerce Cloud, the goal was to leverage all the competitive features and capabilities of the platform and build an personalized eCommerce solution. The Nice Mart wanted to implement multi-source inventory management, page builder, custom coding of coupons and rewards, AI-driven product recommendations, and custom reporting solutions for personalized experiences. Today, Moreover, they wanted to unify their online and offline stores on a single platform, study customer behavior via Adobe Sensei and boost cross selling and upselling opportunities.

The Results

Leveraging Adobe Commerce Cloud allowed The Nice Mart to launch its eCommerce store and offer personalized experiences to its customers. Leveraging the powerful AI solution, Adobe Sensei, The Nice Mart now offers personalized product recommendations based on a customer’s purchasing patterns and buying behavior, thus elevating the cross-selling and upselling numbers. implemented was multi-source inventory management, which empowered the brand to automatically locate the nearest warehouse/physical retail store as per a customer’s location, to quickly deliver orders on-time while reducing associated costs. As our team employed Falcon, an in-house digital commerce accelerator, leveraging the top features of Adobe Commerce Cloud, we implemented all its competitive features and offered easy customizations for the rest. This significantly reduced their time-to-market and total cost of ownership.
