SharePoint Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Understand, prepare and present solutions to customers that address complex customers requirements (consulting aptitude)

• Lead the technical architecture and design for SharePoint/O365 targeted solutions and migration projects including both low level and high level designs. 

• Deep knowledge on SharePoint onprem, hybrid and online architectures including system performance and optimization.

• Responsible for the design, and development of applications and services using Microsoft SharePoint (Onprem - 2010/2013/2016/2019/Online) and Microsoft .NET technologies.

• Project execution, estimation and requirement analysis.

• Hire, mentor, and lead additional developers (the US and Eastern Europe based)

• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed software development sprint plans and release schedules.

• Assign and track deliverables (PM experience highly preferred)

• Ability to map user requirements to standard SharePoint features, identify customization areas, estimate the customization effort and translate the analyzed requirements to design using SharePoint.

• Custom web part Development for both SharePoint On Premise and Online using SPFx framework, CSOM, JSOM, SharePoint extension development.

• Developing complex PnP PowerShell scripts  and DevOps experience for deployment.

• Workflow development – strong understanding of modeling workflows and developing a portal solution based on the workflows using Power Automate and NINTEX.

• Integration experience with third party SW and Tools like SAP using Graph and Rest APIs.

• Installation and Configuration of SharePoint performance Optimizations.

• Deployment Worked with KPIs, Excel services, BDC, BI

• Experience in development using .NET architectural models including .NET Framework, CLR, XML, C#, JQuery, ASP.Net, VS.Net, Team Foundation Server, Silver light & WCF.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC

• Be able to migrate/move SharePoint databases (including configuration database, content database, search database, SSPs, etc.) from one database server to another without the SharePoint central administration, and without the SharePoint configuration wizard.

• Candidates must have hands-on working experience of 3+ Years as a SharePointArchitect/Senior Consultant (SharePoint Onprem - 2010/2013/2016/2019, SharePoint Online)

• Strong Technical leadership – should be able to build technical capability and provide mentoring.

• Strong in MicrosoftSharePointTechnologies (SharePoint Onprem - 2010/2013/2016/2019, SharePoint Online)
