Responsibilities
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering Information.
Design new software systems by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Develop requirement documents like BRS, SRS, FRS, SOW, User Manual etc.
Complete understanding of Flow charts, domain models, data models, data flow diagrams, BPMN.
Presentations such as System Approaches, Outline high-level flow, Release notes etc.
Technical knowledge in the IT domain is a must.
High level of self-motivation, energy and passion; ability to work both independently as a team in a fast-paced working environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; mature and engaging personalities.
High fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Desired Skills & Competencies
3+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
Technical knowledge in IT domain is a must
