System Analyst - SFDC

Responsibilities

• Understand the Salesforce ecosystem very well and can design extendable solutions on Salesforce.

• Must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business and technical requirements.

• Expert in solution design of platforms and experience on migration and upgrades.

• Can find the most optimal solution for implementation if features are not available readily by looking at the right plugins in the marketplace or custom development.

• Understands other integration requirements including payment gateways, ERP, PIM, CRM, Marketing platforms, and Custom integrations.

• Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce trends. Gain knowledge of new relevant technologies and share knowledge with team members.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills; mature and engaging personalities.

• Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently and designing software on the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation.

• Flexible and people oriented work approach.

• Shown and rich experience leading large Salesforce programs end to end.

• Transforming business requirements into Salesforce functional and technical requirements.

• Experience in Agile and other project management methods.

• Work with Client Team to define a scope of development efforts. Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in Software Development including 3 to 4 years in Salesforce and Architecture planning. 

• Salesforce certifications in architect and consulting track (Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) are preferred

• Stronghold on all the major Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Marketing, and others like Non-Profit, Education.

• Having experience in implementing Mulesoft will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge and hands on in setting up and maintaining Salesforce DX, deployment Processes (Ant Migration Tool), and code review.

• Good technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, etc. understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.

• Deep and extensive knowledge, the experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce, etc. Knowledge of sophisticated VisualForce components, Chatter API, including integration

• Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, design patterns.

• Experience of Designing and developing integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST API
