Software Engineer - SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Extend SharePoint Online functionality through web parts, custom components, and other OOB features.

• Exposure to SPFx framework and application customizer for branding on SharePoint Online.

• Build and configure sites, libraries, content types, site columns, managed metadata and other configuration as required.

• Candidates should have experience working with central administration & log analysis for On-premise platform.

• Master page customization for branding on SharePoint on-premise platform.

• Automate SharePoint through PowerShell and Workflows.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-premise and other O365 applications.

• Good knowledge of CRUD operations, JavaScript, CSOM, JSOM & PowerShell scripting.

• HTML, CSS, JSON Knowledge in custom coding on a SharePoint environment, customizing the SharePoint Master pages, developing custom templates.

• Should have developing experience in Visual Web Parts, SharePoint hosted apps, OOTB web parts and workflows.

• Hands on experience on SPFx framework with TypeScript for developing and deploying custom web parts for SharePoint Online.

• Working knowledge on Rest API.

• Good knowledge in analyzing the errors and issues using ULS logs, diagnostic logs, IIS logs, correlation IDs.

• Good to have -  working knowledge on Power Platform.
