To build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities with an account based approach for net new accounts in the mid-tier and enterprise space.
Source, qualify, and participate in the enterprise sales process by working with procurement teams for RFIs, RFPs , and so on.
Responsible for growing enterprise accounts in APAC territory.
Prepare and deliver customer presentations, pitch documents and positioning statements, articulately and confidently.
Full end-to-end Sales cycle experience.
Individual Sales management and forecast - accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Understand and negotiate contracts, requirements, SOWs, and CRs as needed with various stakeholders internally and externally.
Attend and at times manage industry events and develop new business through networking, reaching out; establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Desired Skills & Competencies
2-6 years of sales and/or new business development experience in the IT sector.
A proven track record of consistently delivering or exceeding business development expectations.
High level of self-motivation, energy and passion; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment.
Good to have - exposure in any of the latest platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft, Java etc.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills; mature and engaging personalities;
High fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Powerpoint and other Business Development tools.
