Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching. 

  • Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle. 

  • Must be competent in using Microsoft web technology to design, develop and implement enterprise level applications. 

  • Can construct quality web applications using the .NET programming components. 

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. 

  • Integrate applications with other technologies and deliver specifications as requested by clients.

  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. 

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of relational databases, web application and web services fundamentals. 

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. 

  • must be competent in using Microsoft technology to design, develop and implement these applications.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX etc. 

  • Experience in writing SQL queries. 

  • Knowledge of technologies like C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, LINQ or Entity Framework and SQL Server, RDBMS. 

  • Knowledge of any JavaScript-based framework like jQuery, Angular or React is a plus. 

  • Strong knowledge of .NET web frameworks. 

  • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016. 

  • Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), JIT, CTS, CLS. 

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN). 

  • Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests. 

  • Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework. 

  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.

  • Hands-on working experience on Microsoft IIS.

  • Good understanding of different types of ORM like Dapper, Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core etc.

  • Strong understanding of API Development Practices.

  • Good to have knowledge of SignalR, Autofac, NewtonSof, NUnit,Identity,Semantic Logging, SeriLog.
