Tech Lead: Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities

• Embrace Low Code/No Code as a viable approach to delivering solutions for our customers.
• Working with stakeholders across organisations to help understand and implement Power Platform products & technologies.
• Leading all stages of solution development, including requirements definition, design, development, architecture, testing and support.
• Support the governance, security and maintenance of Power Platform Environments.
• Supporting pre-sales, proposal generation and creation of work breakdown structures.
• Getting stuck into all elements of the process including customer support.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Experience supporting, technically maintaining, and administering Power platforms tools.
• Strong development experience across the Microsoft 365 Development stack including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate and MS Teams Custom Solutions
• Some front-end web development experience with a framework such as Angular or React.
• Familiarity with Agile development approaches
• Be able to work in a team environment and enjoy proactively solving problems
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and can communicate advanced concepts clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Understanding of Solution & Information Architecture best practices.
• Any Associate level Microsoft certifications across Power Platforms would be deemed as highly advantageous, but not essential.

• Development experience in C#/.NET or a similar language, with an understanding of the core language, tools, frameworks, and libraries
