  • Acquire new logos and take ownership for the independent revenue targets.
  • Understand business problems of the prospects and work with PreSales teams to recommend solutions and perform independent sales closure.
  • To build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities with an account based approach for net new accounts in the mid-tier and enterprise space.
  • Source, qualify, and participate in the enterprise sales process by working with procurement teams for RFIs, RFPs , and so on.
  • Responsible for growing enterprise accounts in APAC territory.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, pitch documents and positioning statements, articulately and confidently.
  • Full end-to-end Sales cycle experience.
  • Individual Sales management and forecast - accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Understand and negotiate contracts, requirements, SOWs, and CRs as needed with various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Attend and at times manage industry events and develop new business through networking, reaching out; establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • 2-6 years of sales and/or new business development experience in the IT sector.
  • A proven track record of consistently delivering or exceeding business development expectations.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy and passion; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Good to have - exposure in any of the latest platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft, Java etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills; mature and engaging personalities;
  • High fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint and other Business Development tools.
