Job Description: 

  • Responsible for managing all Salesforce Sales operations in major territories such as EMEA and APAC and with the potential to lead at the global level. 

  • To build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities with an account based approach for net new accounts. 

  • Source, qualify, and participate in the enterprise sales process by working with procurement teams for RFIs, RFPs , and so on.

  • Utilise existing connections in the Salesforce ecosystem to transfer existing Salesforce accounts to Ranosys for servicing and maintenance contracts. 

  • Sales management and forecast accuracy - deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Connect with the Salesforce ecosystem of AEs and build a good relationship with them.

  • Lead the entire sales process from qualification to closure and work with the internal team, pre-sales team as needed to move forward with clarity. 

  • Understands and negotiates contracts, requirements, SOWs, and CRs as needed with various stakeholders internally and externally. 

  • Build credential and trust with authority and expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. 

  • Mentor, support and guide the Salesforce practice team by giving them insight into what’s happening in the larger ecosystem. 


Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in selling Salesforce services globally. 

  • Excellent in communication skills - both verbal & written.

  • Understanding of human behavioural patterns and possess excellent negotiation skills.

  • Robust analytical / problem solving skills.

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

  • Proven ability to work in a global environment.

  • Patient and meticulous in handling client/ prospective client and team members.

  • Have a good knowledge of technology, products, market, competition, and processes.
