Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Experience in gathering requirements and preparing high quality presentation deck directed to prospective clientele & existing customers for improving business relationship.

  • Able to generate business into Web & Mobile domain.

  • Identifies business challenges, key trends in the markets and explores opportunities to generate business for the organization.

  • Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings. Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, examining risks and potentials, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Working alongside the sales team to meet various sales milestones and deadlines along with generating sales leads.

  • Assists in documenting requirements as well as resolves requirement conflicts or ambiguities.

  • Researching about the prospects & their needs.

  • Routine Monitoring and Reporting of Team, ensuring that all the executives are achieving their predefined Sales Target.

  • Should have good knowledge of IT services(PHP-opensource, .net, Java, web designing, Mobile-iOS, Android).

  • Would be responsible to generate revenue for the company.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • 1 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Presales consultant with IT.

  • Generating business through online Web Portals like ELance, ODesk, Guru.

  • BE/ B.Tech/ Master's Degree of Computer science or equivalent.

  • Leadership quality.

  • Strong people management.

  • Excellent communication Skills Verbal & Written.

  • Lead generation for Web designing, Web development, Software Development Projects.

  • Look after International / domestic sales and Marketing activities.

  • Hands on experience in client coordination.

  • Proven ability to work in global environment.

  • Good in handling customer queries.

  • Strong analytical and selling skills (communication, presentation, listening, negotiation, relationship management, people reading skills).

  • Have a good knowledge of technology, products, market, competition, and processes and work towards constant self-development.

  • Good account management skills (networking skills).
